PATTON CROSS COUNTRY

 

EVERY ATHLETE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETING AND LOGGING THEIR MILES EVEN IF PRACTICE IS MISSED

VACATIONS ARE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO RUN NEW TRAILS OR ALONG THE BEACH! LOG MILES!

YOU MUST EAT. A CAR CANNOT RUN WITHOUT FUEL AND NEITHER CAN YOUR BODY. CUT OUT PROCESSED FOODS!

WATER. DRINK WATER. STAY HYDRATED DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS. INVEST IN A SOLID WATER BOTTLE.

YOUR GAINS IN STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE ARE MADE WHEN YOU SLEEP. AIM FOR 8 HOURS A NIGHT…MINIMUM.

LET YOUR REASON OR MOTIVATION FOR RUNNING BE KNOWN! LET ME HELP YOU ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS.

IT IS NOT WHAT YOU DO BUT RATHER HOW OFTEN YOU DO IT THAT MATTERS. SHOW UP AND STAY CONSISTENT.

 

SUMMER PRACTICE AND WORKOUTS

 

PRACTICES WILL BEGIN JUNE 12TH AT 6 PM.

ALL SUMMER WORKOUTS WILL START AT 6 PM MONDAY-FRIDAY UNLESS CHANGED

WORKOUTS WILL BE HELD AT THE WESTERN PIEDMONT TRAILS. MEET AT WPCC TENNIS COURTS

ALWAYS. ALWAYS. ALWAYS DRINK AND BRING WATER TO PRACTICE.
